Bal Musette
Chiaki Kawaguchi, who was active as a jazz musician, opened the bar in 1996 with the desire to introduce Italian bar culture to Japan. It can be said that serving espresso from home-roasted coffee beans in a residential area on the outskirts of Sendai was epoch-making. She is also involved in judging and managing various competitions, and has earned the trust of baristas and roasters all over the country.
