Hiroki Yoshiike opened KIELO COFFEE in 2019 at the young age of 23 with the concept of “All for green, everything for nature.” The second store, Be green by KIELO COFFEE, is a roastery cafe that focuses on coffee and veganism and also makes sustainable efforts. We handle many coffees with unique characteristics, and assemble the roasting profile from a scientific approach to bring out the taste of those ingredients. “To sum up roasting in one word, it is science x art. I would like to absolutely overturn the concept that coffee is not bitter and that it is a black liquid.” Through delicious and correct, we aim to realize a sustainable future with coffee.
